Terms of Use and Indemnification

Terms governing use of SendComps public pages and future product surfaces.
Platform Use
SendComps provides property search, comparable-sales context, data-source organization, and future property-intelligence tooling. You are responsible for lawful use, credential security for future accounts, and independent verification before acting on information.
Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You may not misuse SendComps, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape restricted content, overload public endpoints, submit unlawful material, reverse engineer non-public systems, or use the service for deceptive, discriminatory, abusive, or unlawful purposes. Future account, API, enterprise, and workspace access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, nonpayment, legal risk, or violation of terms.
AI, Automated Valuation, Reports, Exports, and Uploads
Future AI-assisted analysis, automated valuation support, confidence scores, reports, exports, uploads, and generated content are informational only and may be incomplete, stale, inaccurate, or unsuitable. SendComps does not provide certified appraisals, USPAP-compliant appraisal reports, lending approvals, legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, title opinions, surveys, or professional services through automated outputs.
Third-Party Data and Assumption of Risk
Property records, public records, user-submitted data, provider data, future MLS integrations, and third-party datasets may contain errors, omissions, delays, duplicates, outdated records, geocoding issues, ownership issues, or valuation inaccuracies. You assume all risk from use of SendComps and reliance on outputs.
No Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification
SendComps is provided as is and as available without warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SendComps and related parties are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, lost-profit, business-interruption, transaction, lending, investment, or data-loss damages. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SendComps and related parties from claims arising from your use, submissions, violations, or reliance on outputs.
