Protected Materials
SendComps site content, page layouts, reports, graphics, branding, screenshots, documentation, datasets, APIs, scoring structures, evidence summaries, and derived analysis are protected by intellectual property and contract rights.
Limited Use
Unless separately authorized, users may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, scrape, train models on, or create competing datasets from SendComps materials or outputs.
Third-Party Source Rights
Public records, provider data, MLS materials, and third-party datasets remain subject to their own ownership, attribution, license, and use restrictions.
