Data source and attribution information for SendComps.
Source Types
SendComps may reference public records, assessor data, recorder data, parcel data, GIS data, user-submitted data, third-party data, and future MLS or provider integrations where authorized.
Freshness and Confidence
Sources may be delayed, incomplete, stale, duplicated, corrected, or inconsistent. Attribution, source freshness, evidence references, and confidence indicators are aids, not guarantees.
Corrections
Correction requests should include the property address, parcel number, county, source document, official link, citation, or other evidence that helps evaluate the issue.
