Takedown Notices
Copyright owners may submit a takedown request through the contact route with identification of the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy statement, and a signature.
Counter-Notices
A user who believes material was removed by mistake may submit a counter-notice with identification of the removed material, contact information, consent to appropriate jurisdiction where required, a good-faith statement, and a signature.
Repeat Infringers
SendComps may restrict or terminate access for repeat infringers or users who misuse copyright processes.
