Permitted and prohibited use rules for SendComps.
Allowed Use
Use SendComps for lawful property research, comparable-sales context, data review, source organization, and permitted business or analytical workflows.
Prohibited Use
Do not use SendComps to violate law, discriminate, target protected classes, harass people, scrape restricted content, attack systems, bypass access controls, overload infrastructure, submit malware, misrepresent outputs, or redistribute data without rights.
Future API and Account Limits
Future accounts, APIs, enterprise features, and workspace tools may include additional limits, audit controls, rate limits, and termination rights.
