Real Estate Broker

A real estate broker is a licensed professional who has completed additional education and experience requirements beyond those of a real estate agent. Brokers have the authority to operate their own real estate brokerage firm and may also supervise other real estate agents. In addition to representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, brokers are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of their brokerage, managing staff, ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations, and providing guidance and support to their agents. Real estate brokers play a pivotal role in the industry, serving as leaders and mentors while maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethics.
